For our company drivers we offer:

• Competitive starting base pay. Call for details.
• Annual Safety Bonus Program awarded each year for drivers who have had zero chargeable accidents during the one-year period. This bonus is paid annually in December and is based on $0.01 per mile of the drivers’ total miles driven during the year.
• Performance Bonus and Rewards for clean DOT inspections are achievable and are paid quarterly.
• Targeted MPG and Idle Time Reduction Bonuses program.
• Anniversary Bonuses awarded annually based on year’s of service.
• 401K employer sponsored retirement plan with company match! Eligibility after one full year of employment.
• Health, Life, Dental, Vision, and Colonial Supplemental insurance available at group rates on the first of the month following 90 days employment.
• We run late model conventional tractors that are both clean and well maintained. Our tractors range in model year from 2005-2009, with a 3-year trade cycle. We currently run Volvo and Kenworth (see Equipment page for info and pics). Driver’s are assigned to their truck and stay on once assigned – No Slip Seating! For our trailers, we run late model 53’ reefers and 53’ dry vans.
• Average home time every 10-14 days, while running approximately 2,500 – 3,000 miles per week primarily throughout the Midwest United States.
• Two day orientation with transportation, lodging and lunch provided.
• Passenger rider program available.

Do You Qualify?
At Nationwide, we employ professional over the road drivers. As a professional driver, we require:

• A clean driving record
• One year over the road experience
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Class A CDL
• Current Medical Certificate
